Quality Assurance Policy

The following quality assurance program shall be launched:
If the writer's average rating is 4(3) or lower, such account shall be terminated with prior notification of the writer and explanation of the reasons via email.
Feedback of 5-6 is considered average, 7-8 strong, and 9-10 exceptional.

As far as plagiarism is concerned, writers with unjustified average plagiarism score of 50% and higher on more than 3 orders will also be discharged.

Please note that all decisions on account termination are final. No applications or complaints will be reviewed or accepted after termination of account.

1. Availability of the Internet connection,
2. Ability to log in to your control panel at least twice a day
3. Availability of a good and working phone number (either landline, cell or Skype).

IMPORTANT: For new writers, before an order is assigned, a new writer will be called to establish contact in order to make sure that such writer fully understands all requirements of the paper and is able to complete it in due time.

We require this in order to be able to get in touch with you in case of a matter of urgency: an urgent order, revision request, necessity to respond to a message etc.

All instances of not responding to a phone call or a message for over 24 hours shall be documented; after 5 such incidents the writer's account will be deactivated and all papers reassigned.

Penalties

Lateness

The order cannot be late. In case of lateness, the writer will be fined per each day (or hour) in proportion to delay. Please note that late submissions might lead to a refund request.

Extensions on deadlines

If the writer applies for a time extension and the customer agrees to it, then no fines shall be applied. Therefore, please if you see that you are late with the order contact the customer beforehand, very often they have nothing against time extension if you inform them about that. Please note that preferably this has to be done one day or 20-18 hours before the deadline (not an hour a half an hour).

Communication

You are required to check messages from your customers at least once a day. Maintaining contact with them helps to avoid various misunderstandings, delays and reassigns. Please remember that the customer is more than interested in a quality paper and a good result; that is why s/he is eager to help you. Cooperate with them. If customer’s messages are left without answers for more than a day, the writer will be fined. The same holds for cases when the order is completed. The customer might ask for revision, so please do not disappear after the paper is uploaded. We still need you.

Excuses

Such reasons for failing to deliver a paper as:

• "I had a virus and the paper disappeared just before the deadline",
• "We had no power" (this, however, might work if you really have disaster, such cases are always checked by us thanks to the local news),
• "I was in coma yesterday and that is why couldn't upload the paper"
and so on are all unacceptable and will not be tolerated.

If a new writer fails his/her first order that will automatically result in irreversible cancellation of our cooperation.

If you get a new order, where you are required to write, say, 10 pages do only 10 pages, not more. Our customers often get penalized for excessive page count. Please try to be laconic in your statements and learn to fit all your ideas into the allocated space. If 10 pages were ordered, it means IT IS possible to answer the question and stay within the limits.

TOP Writers

We are proud to work with all our TOP WRITERS and are very happy that you have gained this status, which gives you some privileges. However, please remember that a top writer a status is a great responsibility, and it requires appropriate academic behavior. If a top writer plagiarizes, delays an order or drops it close before the deadline, the status will be changed immediately.
